Flash Kids BJJ (6-10 and 11-15 years)
45 minutes
This program is designed to give students a strong foundation of basic jiu jitsu techniques and improve their overall understanding of the practice. The curriculum for this program includes both beginner and fundamental techniques, as well as coordination drills, interactive games, and exploration of the core concepts and ideas of the sport.
PROGRAM GOALS:
- Increase general understanding of jiu jitsu
- Learn self-discipline and build confidence
- Develop respect for instructors and peers
- Improve coordination and agility
CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
- Beginner and fundamental techniques
- Overview of all positions and situations in jiu jitsu
- Coordination drills and interactive games
- Exploration of core concepts and ideas.
Flash Kids BJJ NoGi (6-10 and 11-15 years)
45 minutes
This program is geared towards students with some experience. It focuses on NoGi techniques and grips.
Classes require Gi's or MMA Protective wear
No shoes or streetwear allowed on mats
